Early Years Practitioner (Level 3+)

We are looking for a qualified Level 3 (or above) Early Years Practitioner to join a genuinely lovely, well-established nursery in London.
This is a setting that really does put children and staff first — excellent leadership, supportive management, and a calm, positive atmosphere where practitioners are valued and listened to.
The role
• Supporting children aged 0–5 in a nurturing, engaging environment
• Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
• Building warm, secure relationships with children and families
• Working as part of a friendly, experienced team
• Maintaining high standards of care, learning and safeguarding
What we’re looking for
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (essential)
• A genuine passion for early childhood development
• A caring, positive and proactive approach
• Good knowledge of the EYFS
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting (UK experience preferred)
